muay thai

what is muay thai?

Muay Thai is known as the art of eight limbs; two hands, two feet, two elbows and two knees. It is a unique, deadly striking martial art that is great for self defense and fitness. We use kicks, punches, knees, elbows, and a special skill called clinch!

We teach fundamentals, intermediate, and advanced/fighter techniques each week. Classes consist of warmups (jump rope, shadow box), drills, partner work, and lots of cardio. We have multiple coaches, all of whom bring their own unique style and experience to the classroom. There are opportunities to compete as well!

Our Muay Thai Beginners Program is designed for anyone who wants to learn Muay Thai in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment. No experience is necessary!
